Annual Report 2014/15
In terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003 (MFMA) chapter 12, section 121 (1) Every municipality and every municipal entity must for each financial year prepare an annual report in accordance with this Chapter.

The Annual Report of Swellendam Municipality for the 2018/2019 financial year has been submitted to the Swellendam Municipal Council in terms of Section 127 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 56 of 2003 (MFMA) at its meeting held on 30 January 2020.
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) will prepare an oversight report on the Annual Report for consideration by the Swellendam Municipal Council at its meeting scheduled for 26 March 2020.
Members of the community are invited to submit written comments on the Annual Report, to the Municipal Manager by 12h00 on Friday, 28 February 2020.
The Annual Report is available for inspection at the following places and on the Municipal website - www.swellenmun.co.za
